Management of personal data

INTM is committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data in accordance with the regulation known as the “Data Protection and Freedoms” law and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

Your personal data is thus collected and processed in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. For general information on the protection of your personal data, you can consult the website of the National Commission for Data Processing and Freedoms.

The INTM Group has implemented a policy on the protection of personal data in accordance with the principles of the legal framework: lawful, transparent and fair processing, explicit and legitimate purpose, the relevance and proportionality of the data collected, the limited retention period of the data, data security and confidentiality, and respect for the rights of individuals.

When you visit the Site, INTM does not automatically collect any personal data and more precisely does not use any cookies or trackers.

However, INTM has set up on the career space the possibility during your visit to the Site to send us your CV either for a spontaneous application or in response to a job offer. The form is strictly limited to the sending of a CV to the exclusion of any other message and any other collection of personal data.

When sending your CV, the personal data contained therein will be processed by INTM (whose contact details are given above) for the sole purposes of processing your application, assessing your ability to hold a job (qualification, experience, etc.), managing and organizing interviews and creating a CV database of employees potentially recruited by INTM.

The legal basis for this processing is:

• pre-contractual measures concerning the processing of applications (CV and cover letter) and interview management, on the one hand,

• the legitimate interest of the company in forming a CV library, on the other hand.

By submitting your application, you spontaneously submit your personal data (included in your CV) to the “Recruitment” department, which is the only one authorized to process this information for strictly internal use. However, your data may be transmitted to one of the INTM managers who would be asked to study your application for their department.

The information you submit is mandatory when processing your spontaneous application; without it, we will not be able to act on your application.

In accordance with the regulations, you may access, rectify, delete or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You can also object to the processing of your data.

For this purpose, each electronic communication is accompanied by a link allowing you to object to the processing of your personal data. You may also directly exercise all or part of these rights at any time by sending an e-mail to dpd@intm.fr, or by sending a postal mail to the attention of the Data Protection Officer at the following address:

Data Protection Officer
INTM
2, rue KLEBER

France

Your request must include your name and address (postal or electronic) to correspond with you. If we deem it necessary, we may ask you on this occasion for proof of identity in order to avoid fraud.

Your request will be processed within a maximum of one month after receipt of a simple request. However, should this deadline be extended, due to the complexity of your request or the large number of requests to be processed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The information you have transmitted to us will be stored within the European Union and will be kept for a maximum of 2 years after INTM’s response to your application. Beyond this term and without your specific agreement, the data concerning you (CV, interviews, messages, etc.) will be automatically deleted.

INTM pays close attention to the personal data entrusted to it. However, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes your rights and that after contacting us, your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
