Job description

As part of our client’s development, the INTM Group is looking for an Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Manage operational incidents (diagnosis, analyzing causes, intervention, alert);
• Follow application alerts and implement resolutions according to instructions;
• Implement application changes;
• Handle service request tickets and/or incidents;
• Monitor the operation of systems, production tools and applications;
• Drafting operating documentation;
• Monitoring technology.

Profile description

You have a Bac +2 or more and ideally you have 3 years of experience. You have developed skills such as rigor and autonomy during your last professional experience.
