We are looking for a functional support technician to join a telecom team for one of our major clients.

Your tasks will be as follows:

• Functional support of a multi-channel; communication solution;
• Communication with users;
• User relationships;
• Creating and tracking incidents;
• Creating and tracking requests;
• Coordinating the team in charge of the solution;
• Carrying out diagnostics;
• Reporting.
