The INTM Group offers a range of services based on a policy of hiring and training “beginner” profiles wishing to move into the IT sector.

Every year the Group recruits and trains 70 to 100 beginners from scientific backgrounds.

Job description

Within the INTM Group, we offer you a permanent contract and training in IT (6 weeks) to make you operational in the technologies used by our clients.

After the training, you will join the Research and Development department of one of our clients in the service sector. You will be supervised by a project manager and will evolve within a team in project mode.

With project management, on the basis of technical and functional specifications you will be in charge of:

• Developing software components in compliance with standards and procedures;
• Participating in the testing and acceptance phase;
• Managing the anomalies and patches;
• Participating in the production launch.(Non-exhaustive list)

As your assignments progress, thanks to a close accompaniment, you will advance towards a position of technical or functional Project Manager according to your ambition.

Profile description

You have a higher education diploma (BAC +4/5) in engineering school or scientific university cycle (mathematics, higher or specialized maths, physics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or electronics, mechatronics, econometrics, mechanics, etc.)

You wish to use your potential to train and integrate the world of work in a dynamic and promising sector.
